I love knitting for people who appreciate it. It I knit something for your baby, and I get to see a photo of said baby actually wearing it - you will get more hand knits. If you then also put baby #2 in the hand knits of baby #1, you get even more. My dear sweet former Montessori co-teacher is guilty of both. So this cotton sweater is for her little boy who claimed this summer his favorite color was yellow, and the hat and booties are for baby #2. I am always worried things won't fit, but I am trying to get over it and I feel sure my old co-teacher won't hold it against me.
I will also add I am pretty sure I also taught her how to knit!
