Moscow outings

I had a Russian adventure the other week - a trip out to Guide Dogs Russia.  These 4 may look sad, but they are fooling you.  They are in crates because they have all recently had a little operation.  They were eventually let out during our tea party and were a wild and crazy bunch of labradors.

Today it was a different adventure.  I took a friend, a Russian speaking friend, to find the violin master's workshop.  Turns out my contact lied - they described him as 'eccentric, odd, hard to find and non English speaking" in reality, he was about 25, came out to get us, and spoke beautiful English.  He even took me to a music shop and arranged for a cello teacher.
